Placing an Order
To place an order from our web site directly, please follow these instructions. You can also purchase some our product(s) from Amazon.com.
First you will need to find for the items you would like to order. You will find menus in the top navigation bar of Souen music score series page. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the “Add to Bag” button on the our store page. You can access the contents of your “Shopping Bag” any time by clicking the “View Shopping Bag” link at the Cart box of Purchase page of our site.
Review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Bag. If you decide that you don’t want to purchase a particular item, or the quantity is incorrect, click the “remove from bag” or “empry bag” link under the title. When you’re ready to order the items in your “Shopping Bag”, click the “Checkout” button. If you have account of our shopping site, please sign-in before check out(see the “Signing In” section).
If you have account of our shopping site, please sign in before check out. Your registered information required for the order form will be filled automatically. If you are a new customer, you will be able to register a shopping account. We will inform you about our products, special offers and new release information.
Enter the “Shipping/Billing Address” and check details for accuracy. If this information is incorrect, there is a possibility for luggage does not arrive and we will not assume responsibility for the shipping. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
Method of Payment
We accept PAYPAL for international customer. You can be paid through credit card, bank transfer, and debit card. The settlement method that support will vary by country and region, please see the PayPal site for more information about the settlement method.
Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all of the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the “Check Out” button to submit your order. Then, a Paypal payment page will appear, please follow the instructions payment procedure. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
The items you ordered are in stock, we usually ship your order within 3 days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped that allows you to follow the delivery on-line. We ship all packages signature required for your protection. Number of days of luggage to arrive to you depends on country and region, will arrive in about 6-10 days since we shipped.
Taxes on International Shipments.
You as International customer (out of Japan) are responsible for all import duties and taxes or VAT that you may have to pay ahead of delivery. These charges vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The “Shipping” cost is automatically calculated on the “Check Out” page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do not accept returns unless you have a defective product. Defective products will be exchanged for the same product for a period of 14 days.
IMPORTANT:Before you return any product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (RA). Items returned without an RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package (example RA# 012456) will not be accepted by our shipping department.
