Q. What payment methods will be accepted?
A. Our store accept only PAYPAL for International customer.
   
Q. Confirmation e-mail does not arrive after purchase.
A. There could have been classified as junk mail. Contact from us will be sent from smssinfo@souenmusic.jp. Once again, check your email reception environment. when it was not received, please contact us from “Contact” menu.
   
Q. My order does not arrived.
A. Please contact us, so make sure the location of the luggage delivery company. see “Order and Shipping Information”.

Q. Products should contain is missing or short.
A. We will resend or exchange. Please contact us from “Contact”.
   
Q. Product is damaged when received, or pages out of order, or missing.
A. We will replace the product if it has a critical manufacturing defect. Please contact us from “Contact”.
   
Q. I would like to return product.
A. We do not accept returns unless you have a defective product, and “Not returnable if opened” seal is broken even if not a defective. Defective products will be exchanged for the same product for a period of 14 days. You will pay the return shipping cost.
